Amazing Mr. Twist and personnel offers professional and high quality children’s & family entertainment. We endeavour to maintain high safety standards of service & materials used. We hold Working with Children Check cards and are covered by public liability insurance.

EVENT PRICES

Please call Dan on 0425828503, or email dan@amazingmrtwist.com for a quote for private & corporate event entertainment prices. Discounted rates are available for bookings of more than one hour or for multiple performers.

PAYMENTS

For some bookings we may require a deposit of $50 per hour before confirmation. Deposits are payable by:

Full payment or balance of payment should be made on the day. For corporate & events payment is appreciated within 7 days after the event.

EVENT CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1) Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made after a confirmed booking will incur one of the following fees:

• 25% cancellation fee within 28 days of the first date of performance.
• 50% cancellation fee within 14 days of the first date of performance.
• 100% cancellation fee within 24 hours of the first date of performance.

2) In cases where weather pre-empts outdoor performances, an alternate indoor location should be provided and all fees paid in full.

3) In the event a particular personnel or service is unable to attend a particular assignment for whatever reason, we will always endeavour to provide you with a suitable substitute or change of personnel / performance / time / date with your consent and agreement. If we are unable to do so, a refund of deposit or no charge policy will be honoured. However, we expect such an incident to never occur and will always endeavour to provide reliable high quality entertainment and services.

4) Amazing Mr. Twist’s personnel agree to maintain current individual public liability insurance of at least $20,000,000 for the duration of the booking dates. A Certificate of Currency is available on request.

5) A Working with Children Check is available for all personnel on request.

6) All personnel booked via Amazing Mr. Twist can only be re-booked through our office, and not directly with the personnel.

7) All personnel are entitled to approx 5 minutes break within every hour booked, and this is factored into the hourly rate charged.

TRAVEL CHARGES
