Quotes
Quotes are provided free of charge based on the event details you supply — date, location, audience size, type of show. Prices may vary if the scope of the booking changes after the quote is issued.
Bookings & deposits
Bookings are confirmed when the date is agreed in writing (email or text) and any required deposit is received. A deposit may be required for larger bookings or peak-season dates. Balance is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, let us know as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on how close to the event date the cancellation happens and whether the date can be re-booked. Full details will be provided at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, we'll always do our best to accommodate — subject to availability.
The performance
The exact content of the show is at Dan's professional discretion — items on the website and in quotes are indicative of the act. If you have specific requests (e.g. a particular illusion, a specific character), let us know in advance and we'll confirm what's possible.
Venue & safety
You're responsible for ensuring the venue is safe and appropriate for the performance — adequate space, power, ceiling height where relevant, and audience seating. Fire performance requires venue approval and outdoor or purpose-appropriate indoor spaces.
Insurance
Amazing Mr Twist carries public liability insurance. Certificate of currency available on request for corporate bookings and venues that require it.
Live animals
Where live doves are part of your booking, they are cared for to the highest standards. Some venues may have restrictions on live animals — please advise in advance if this may be a factor.
Photography & media
Photos or video taken during your event may be used for Amazing Mr Twist's own promotional purposes (social media, website) unless you specifically ask otherwise before the event.
